Angel Petti Rosenberg

Angel Petti Rosenberg is a highly skilled attorney who has been practicing law in Florida since 1997. Angel has over 28 years of experience specializing in local government law. She previously worked at an insurance defense firm where she also practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, slip-and-fall, premises liability, hospital/agency law, landlord/tenant, and other general matters. Angel served as the City Attorney for the City of Lauderhill from January 1, 2023 through December 16, 2024. Prior to that, she served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lauderhill from September 1997 through December 31, 2022. She is a distinguished member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Southern District Court of Florida. Angel has received numerous awards for her exceptional legal skills and is known for her unwavering loyalty and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center. Zach Davis-Walker

Zach Davis-Walker is a licensed attorney and public administrator with experience in municipal and transactional law, where he specialized in real estate, land use, and complex contracts. Zach served as Assistant City Attorney for Lauderhill from January 31, 2023 until December 16, 2024 when he provided legal expertise in areas such as public procurement, development agreements, and municipal ordinances. In his prior capacity as Planning and Zoning Board Attorney, he supported community development initiatives and ensured regulatory compliance in land use and zoning matters.
 
With a strong foundation in public affairs from Indiana University and a law degree from the Maurer School of Law, Zach is well-versed in bridging the gap between regulatory frameworks and public policy objectives. He previously managed the Community Development Division for the City of Lauderhill, where he successfully secured multimillion-dollar grants and represented the city in quasi-judicial hearings. His consulting experience also includes advising small businesses and private investors on zoning and land use.
 
A dedicated member of professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the Florida Redevelopment Association, Zach brings a collaborative and analytical approach to his work. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about exploring new cities, appreciating their history, and indulging in their unique culinary offerings.
